Top Tier Sports Ventures provides exceptional lacrosse opportunities and training for players. The primary focus of our leagues, academies, camps and events is to develop lacrosse players as individuals and teammates, enabling them to become the best versions of themselves. History
Top Tier Sports Ventures was founded in 2019 by Nick Estey and Erin Abbott.
Meet The Founders
Nick Estey and Erin Abbott hand-pick Top Tier Sports Ventures elite staff members and coaches from some of the best lacrosse minds in North America. Our leagues, academies, camps and clinics will grow players' knowledge, skills, and love for the game.
Nick
Nick is a passionate lacrosse coach/mentor and embodies this role in all aspects, both on and off the field. Currently, Nick serves as the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School (2012-present). His success with Brebeuf includes 1 INGLA State Championship Appearance, 5 Semi-State Appearances, 5 Regional Championships, 7 Regional Championship Appearances, 2 Sectional Championships, 1 Conference Championship. Nick was also selected to coach the Under Armour All-American Midwest team from 2018-present and was the IN/KY Xo-Head Coach Women’s Division National Tournament team (WDNT) in 2014 & 2015. Through his years of coaching he has been very successful in developing players. He has produced 6 All-Americans, 30 Academic All-Americans, 13 Academic All-state, 22 All-State, 47 All-Region, 40 All-Sectional, 8 All-Conference, 8 All-Tournament. He has also coached 3 Warrior National Invite, 2 Brine National, 3 Under Armor All-Americans (Midwest), 1 Under Armour Top 150, 2 Nike Top 120 and 18 Women’s Division National Tournament players.
Erin
Erin Abbott is currently serving as the defensive coordinator at the University of Indianapolis, 2017-present. She plays a large role in developing players and implementing defensive strategy. In three seasons as the defensive coordinator she has produced 1 All-American, 2 All-Region, and 5 All-Conference defensive players. Prior to her role as the assistant coach at UIndy, Erin completed her career at Division-II power Lindenwood University. She was a four year all-conference player, a two-time All-American and led the Lions to 3 semi-final NCAA tournament appearances. Further, by the completion of Erin’s collegiate career, she led the school’s program history in ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers.
