Delaney Stahrr is a former collegiate lacrosse player, three-time national champion, team captain, and All-American who built her athletic career through discipline, leadership, and resilience.

She began her collegiate career at the University of Indianapolis, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science while competing as a member of the women's lacrosse team. Following graduation, Delaney transferred to the University of Tampa to pursue her Master's degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and compete in her final two years of collegiate eligibility. During her collegiate career, she helped lead her teams to three national championships, earned All-American honors, and served as a team captain.

Today, Delaney serves as the Director of Operations and a Sports Performance Coach at Diesel Optimization in Tampa, Florida. She works with athletes ranging from youth competitors to collegiate and professional athletes, designing strength, speed, and conditioning programs to help them maximize their performance. In addition to coaching, she oversees facility operations, staff development, programming, and business initiatives.
